This March, we'll be gathering in the East to embrace the energy of renewal and new beginnings. As the season shifts, it's the perfect time to ignite the seeds of our soul and set intentions for what we'd like to see bloom by summer. Through chosen spring scents and focused meditation, we'll honor the vernal equinox and plant the intentions that will shape our journey ahead. Join us for a special evening of fragrance and candle making followed by an immersive sound bath with Metanoia.
Healing Through Sound and Energy:
Metanoia's sound baths are designed to raise vibrations and promote healing through powerful frequencies. Through the use a variety of instruments, including crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, guitar, charango, and tuning forks, creating a rich and immersive soundscape. These are complemented by shamanic practices to help move and balance your energy, leaving you feeling renewed and aligned.
5:50 - 6:00 PM Arrival
6:00 PM - 16oz Intention candle making as we approach the vernal equinox to reignite your innermost reasons for being.
7:00 PM -Sound bathe with Metanoia to create space for attracting your innermost desires as we approach a new season.
8:30 PM Conclusion

What to Bring:
In addition to your mat and water bottle, we encourage you to bring anything that will help you feel comfortable and supported. Think blankets, eye masks, pillows, whatever allows you to settle deeply into the experience. Please be mindful of space and others, as we'll all be sharing this sacred environment.
